The groony comic strip is now on hiatus, this is not the end and I'm still working hard on the next strips but I realized 2 things

1. I have finally run out of completed groony strips to upload and have fallen behind

2. The way I have been releasing the groony strips and specifically this current Arc has been to the detriment of the story making it more difficult to keep track of what's going on and how the story is progressing

On top of those things my personal life is progressively become more and more hectic and stressful so that's been weighing on my mind

So now what that the strip is going on hiatus, well I'm not sure when the strip will be coming back but when it does the last strips will be released daily instead of weekly so it's a lot harder to get lost and what's going on, secondly, although groony is going on hiatus doesn't mean I'm going to stop posting entirely, I think I may start posting different strips I've been working on, art that I created but never released or even something else that's even a mystery to me,

So hang tight, groony will be back and the story will have it's epic conclusion

Hello everyone and I have some exciting news I am quite proud of, as you can see from the title and from the pictures my work has yet again been printed but this time in a wonderful indi magazine called NO NOTHING

NO NOTHING is a independent magazine for creators of all sorts, from cartoonists to writers and practically everything in-between, I discovered them through some friends of mine (the same folks who worked on and created the XOMIK BUK) who had already gotten there work printed in the mag and said I should try sending work to them myself

So I had decided to do more then just send them a Groony strip and call it a day but instead make a series special for no nothing, a series I had been figuring out for a while but was struggling to figure out a proper way to release it, until no nothing of course

This series was HOLO-INFO, a series of comic strips and articles where I explain and talk about story telling stuff I've learned about through working on projects myself or from observation over the years, from methods and tools for story telling to developing your skills as a creator/person and possibly talk about even more things down the road

So I make the first strip and send it to No Nothing and have a wonderful conversation with one of the editors about my strip and the concept its proposing and I'm told my strip is getting printed and that they love the idea, then they asked if it would be ok if they printed my strip in the October issue instead of the September one and at the time I thought nothing of it and let em know to go right ahead (at least this is what I remember, its been a while)

A month or so later I get my copy of no nothing #29 and I read through it all, notice that my strip is at the front and get real proud, but I end up wondering why was my strip put into the Halloween issue, it didn't make sense until now,

But I'm not going to tell you why my strip fits, your going to have to check out the issue for yourselves and if you think you figured it out, let me know, I would love to here what you come up with

Hello my friends, I am here to announce that a project I've been working on with some new friends is finally out, The Xomik Bük is out, The Xomik Bük is a comic anthology that a bunch of wonderful and creative creators contributed to including yours truly, in fact this is my first ever printed work which makes me extra excites

There's not really a theme for The Xomik Bük, more just a buncha folks making what they want and having fun

Hello everyone

I finally figured out and fixed the uploads of Groony The Animated mini Series on Newgrounds so they all should be working now, for some reason they didn't work when I uploaded them, I think it had to do with how the animation program I use exports videos, but luckily I found a work around

basically the work around is downloading the Youtube uploads of my series using a Youtube downloader, then uploading these downloaded copies to ng and for some reason that works, so now all episodes of my animated series are able to be viewed on ng

in other news I have finished all the basic animation for Gribly for the next episode of Groony which will be called Cold and Hot and I think this basic animation turned out wonderfully, I finished them rather quickly this time because I'm moving so I wanted to try and make it so this move wouldn't cause the production of the next episode to take too much longer then usual, usually it takes me a week or so to get basic animation for Gribly done so now I have extra time to move and pack and stuff

all in all production of the next episode should take either about as long or maybe a tad longer then production usually takes, hopefully you'll all enjoy the finished product when it comes out and I hope your enjoying the newest episode of Groony Play Ball

hello everyone, been awhile sine I've posted one of these blog thingys, anyways this one just to update everyone to what's been going on

I've been working hard on the next episode of Groony and have the basic beginning bit of the episode finished and about a third of the Gribly cels so production has been trucking along slow and steady\

I'm not at a point where I can give a specific date for its release but hopefully it will be next month sometime

also I'm currently celebrating the one year anniversary of Groony, which means I've taken a break from releasing the strip and instead I'm releasing a bunch of behind the scenes stuff and related materials like the first ever Groony strip, character sheets for the cartoon, and even a addon for Gary's Mod so far, ill be also uploading what I can of that stuff to here as well so stay tuned for that

in other unrelated news I've been having fun going back and watching a bunch of classic web animation I haven't seen before, mainly being stuff from Newgrounds and GMod so that's been fun and for some stuff, man, I didn't know what I was missing, madness is awesome,

I really love creating Groony and I hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor

Also I decided to start posting stuff to this site do to its legacy and its tight and cool community, I've also begun production on a animated project that I'm sure folks here will appreciate ;).
