the crazy ultra, theatrical, campy misogynist mad scientist who's flamboyantly gay and tries to take over the world with his army of genetically engineered Austrian super hunks

This eccentric is considered extreme to the extreme and mad to the mad, he genuinely believes the world would be a utopia if it weren't for the scourge of women and is the arch nemesis of Her Highness 

Most of the time his plans involved him creating some sort of monstrosity with one office many scientific talents although he does show a particular fondness for biology and genetic modification most notably shown through his previously mentioned army of genetically engineered Austrian super hunks,

the dreaded doctor was inspired by Frank N Furter crossed with the Joker and the obscure public domain superhero Doctor Hormone and the bangle In his name was taken from the band The Bangles, which means his name can translate to something rather naughty

And of course the good doctor has had plenty of schemes over the years ranging from enslaving an entire underwater civilization, to trying to overthrow the entire industry of wrestling with his genetically engineered super wrestler, to even traveling to a alternate Universe where the genders are reversed and accidentally unleashing something far more powerful than himself
